La ville de Jarnac est située à 12 km de Cognac, 30 km d’Angoulême et de Saintes. La région regroupe l’ensemble des principaux producteurs de Cognac entre la grande et la petite champagne. De nombreuses tonnelleries, vignobles, distilleries et chais de vieillissement sont ouverts au public. Jarnac est l’une des plus importantes bases fluviales de France. The city of Jarnac is situated at 12 km of Cognac, 30 km of Angoulême and Saintes. This region gathers all the main producers of Cognac, between two principals’ areas: the big and the small champagne. That’s why lot of old cooperages, vineyards, distilleries and wine storehouses are opened to the public. The “marais poitevins” and the cities of Poitiers, Niort, La Rochelle,Lîle de Ré, Royan, Bordeaux and Saint Emilion are closed to one hour and half in car. |
